REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Salk prides itself on offering our customers the highest quality products in the market today. We are known for our high standards and ethical practices.

Due to health regulations, we cannot accept any opened packages. Customers seeking a refund or an exchange must return their item unopened and in the original packaging.

Salk will gladly arrange and pay for the return shipping costs for any item that we shipped incorrectly or has been received in a damaged condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost for any other circumstance.

We accept returns for exchange or refund initiated within 14 calendar days after delivery. Refunds or exchanges are processed once the item has been inspected.

Please contact Salk customer service at 800-343-4497 or info@salkinc.com to receive an RGA# (return goods authorization number). The RGA# must be written on a copy of the packing slip and included with your return. The RGA will indicate where to send the goods.
