DiabetiCare™ Intensive Diabetic Skin Cream

Clinical research shows diabetics are commonly deficient in Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA), an essential fatty acid needed to create and maintain healthy skin cell membranes. Salk’s DiabetiCare™ Intensive Diabetic Skin Cream delivers GLA directly to skin cells, relieving dry cracked skin in just days while promoting the growth of healthy new skin cells. Use our diabetic skin cream like any other lotion for healthy skin that feels soft and hydrated.  Fragrance free.  Not tested on animals and contains no animal ingredients.  Made in the USA.

  • Each tube contains 3.5 oz.

*How GLA maintains healthy skin:

The body needs Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA), a fatty acid essential to the creation and maintenance of healthy skin cell membranes. Inadequate levels of GLA cause cell walls to retain less moisture. Salk’s DiabetiCare™ Intensive Diabetic Skin Cream promotes healthy skin by delivering GLA directly to the skin cells.

I am a clinical supervisor in a Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. The Mission for the program called Hopkins ElderPlus is to maintain the frail elderly in the community. Incontinence is a huge problem caregivers and participants struggle with on a daily basis.

The therapy department at Hopkins ElderPlus has used your product consistently for our participants. We have received fabulous feedback from participants who are now able to socialize outside of their home setting because your product gives them the confidence of managing their incontinence as well as caregivers who are grateful for dry bedding.
